At Winchester Auto we are serious about our wholesale business and work hard to service our wholesale customers. Part of the reason we joined the Parts Plus network of 140 distribution centers and 2,000+ auto stores and Car Care Centers was so we could provide our wholesale customers with the tools they need to better service their customers. For a nominal annual fee, an approved repair facility can become a Car Care Center. With this membership, the participating shop will be provided with an arsenal of tools to make his business more efficient and give added value to his customers. We have found that those repair facilities that aggressively use these tools reap huge benefits from them.

The following is a list of many of the tools and services offered the Car Care Center through their affiliation with Parts Plus. Some are included in the membership fee; some are provided at a very reasonable additional charge:

Image Awareness:

National Parts Plus Warrantee:	Covers most parts installed by a Car Care Center for 12 months/12,000 miles no matter where the customer travels in the USA or Canada.
Image Evaluation Form:	Find out how your shop looks to your customer. How are you meeting their expectations? Action Plan to prioritize steps needed
Parts Plus Signage:	Interior and exterior signage at affordable prices to help the Car Care Center identify their shops.
Logo and add slick CD:	Add the brand recognition and punch to your print advertising with this free compact disc.

Communication:

Parts Plus Magazine:	Mailed to every Car Care Center 5 times a year. Provides information, feature stories and results of product promotions.
Diagnostic Forms:	Provide customer with a list of work needed.
System Operation Analysis Forms:	SOAFs provide a professional visual diagram of different systems so you can explain the work needed more effectively. Also includes a 10-point inspection on each form.
Drive "Em In, Drive "Em Back:	Direct mailing program and postcard reminder service.
Menu Boards:	A silent salesman listing your most popular services and prices.

Diagnostic Assistance:	Technocall/Identifix Diagnostic and Repair service. Per incident fee for stubborn diagnostic problems.
Business Forms:	Work orders, statements, stationary and envelopes at low prices and with Care Care Center identification.
Message on Hold:	Advertising and company promotion while your customer waits.
End Tab program:	Save end tabs and redeem for valuable awards.
MAP Warehouse:	Order online or from our wholesale desk out of the MAP catalog the business products you need. Static cling oil change stickers, paper key tags, customer service record envelopes, SOAFs, mirror tags, night drop boxes, disposable seat protectors, steering wheels covers and floor protectors and much more. Most with Car Care Center identification and all at great prices.

Promotions:

Customer Rebate Program:	Four times a year a Car Care Center receives a complete Point of Sale promotion kit focusing on a neglected maintenance service. These promotions offer the customer huge savings through mail-in rebates. The shop bears none of the cost for this program. This program is probably the most effective and widely used of all of the Car Care Center programs!
"Bounce Back" Coupons:	In addition to the rebate, the customer receives a $10 coupon to use towards future repairs at your shop as well as a $10 "Friend of the Family" coupon. Again at no cost to the Car Care Center!
